I graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Biological Sciences with a 3.56 GPA in May 2011. I graduated from the Rutgers Graduate School of Education with a M.A. (Ed.M.) in Biological Sciences Education with a 4.00 GPA in May 2013.
Experience
I have tutored for a few years during my time at Rutgers in microbiology, organic chemistry, general biology and much more. I am a certified teacher as well teaching biology in high school. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and tutoring as I have made it my profession. I like the idea of connecting with a student and getting them to comprehend and explain an idea. During my time tutoring formally for Rutgers and informally for friends, I made my own materials and plans for the sessions. I try my absolute best to find methods that work to allow students to learn information and change it if it doesn't work.
