I am a certified elementary and special education teacher in Pennsylvania, currently transferring my certification to New Jersey. I have experience working with students with and without special needs. In addition, I have a background in literacy, specifically reading and writing. As a graduate student, I have experience working with a remedial reading program to improve student's literacy skills. Throughout the past school year, I was a substitute teacher while I completed graduate school. I have experience teaching and tutoring math, language arts, social studies, and science skills throughout the Philadelphia area. I am interested in tutoring to help your child maintain and improve his/her academic skills.
